General Terms and Conditions for FORBESFEET
Client Care and Health Considerations: You will be asked to complete a small health questionnaire so please bring a list of your current medications if you are taking any.
Payment As well as cash and cheques, we accept all major credit cards – we DO NOT ACCEPT American Express. All payments for treatments and products must be made in full on the day. We do not re claim our fees from Health insurance companies, we ask you to kindly do this. We are a small business and simply cannot take on the additional work this requires.
Reservations and Cancellations: Appointments are made either on-line or by calling 722770 to suit you. Calls are only excepted between the hours of 09.00 and 17.00 Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
Cancelling: To cancel call 722770 between 09.00 and 17.00 Monday to Friday, please note all appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will incur the full charge of the appointment.
Rescheduling: Rescheduling an appointment within 4 hours of the actual time will incur a 50% charge of the reserved appointment. Rescheduling within 2 hours will incur the full charge.
